About The Position

RANDALL Electrical is currently seeking a top-tier Senior Electrical Estimator to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters. Our rapidly expanding electrical division provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to take their careers to the next level and capitalize on their earning potential. This role will provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to our primary focus of: Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects to include renovations, tenant build outs, and ground up construction.

Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years combined experience in: Multi-Residential / Commercial & Industrial / Manufacturing Electrical Estimating
Minimum 5 years in electrical field experience.
Knowledge in Accubid estimating software preferred.
Well versed in NEC Requirements.
Capable Computer skills to include email use, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Accubid and File organization.
Experienced in Design Build, Design Assist, and Layout of electrical systems.
Educated in the materials, means and methods of Commercial, Multi-Residential & Industrial / Manufacturing Installations.
Strong Communication Skills and Leadership Qualities
Time conscious (can be on time and efficient).
Demonstrate dependability, flexibility, and teamwork.
Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Knowledge in Accubid estimating software

Responsibilities

Provide detailed estimates and takeoffs for projects related to Heavy Commercial, Industrial / Manufacturing & Multi-Residential construction projects.
Work hand in hand with the Vice President of Operations & Principal of Company.
Participate in contract negotiations.
