They will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of electrical infrastructure—spanning 13.8 kV generator systems, switchgear architecture, 480 V distribution networks, and motor control center (MCC) design. Core responsibilities include the application of generator and transformer protection philosophies, development of protection relay schemes, and implementation of ANSI protection functions to ensure system reliability and safety. The role also involves performing detailed load flow, short circuit, and coordination studies using ETAP and similar analysis tools to optimize system performance. The Senior Electrical Engineer will contribute to project execution from conceptual design and documentation (including one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, protection coordination studies, and equipment specifications) through factory testing, field commissioning, and final handover of fully operational systems.
