About The Position
We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and deploy hardware that powers intelligent robotic UAS systems operating in real-world environments. In this role, you will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and autonomy—building robust, high-performance systems that integrate perception, planning, control, and communication. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to take robotics software from simulation to fielded deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Strong work ethic and ability to function with limited guidance
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with autonomous systems (UAVs, UGVs, mobile robots, or manipulators)
- Experience with Altium designer
- Experience with field testing, data logging, and performance analysis
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
- Perform simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams
- Support prototype builds, production launches, and field issues
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Manage project tasks, timelines, and technical risks as needed
