About The Position

EXP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Mission Critical team in the Sandy Springs office in Atlanta, Georgia. The engineer will lead electrically focused projects and multidisciplinary teams, oversee project production, coordinate with other disciplines, and deliver projects within established budgets and schedules. The role includes producing construction documents from initial design through bidding and managing drawing setup and design documentation, under the supervision of a senior engineer.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience.
• EIT certification and on track to become a PE.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Nice To Haves

• Revit experience.
• Mission Critical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documents from initial design through bidding under the supervision of a senior engineer.
• Manage drawing setup and design documentation.
• Oversee the production team on specific projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on electrically focused projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on all projects.
• Complete projects within established project budgets and schedules.
