About The Position

Join a 52-year-old, privately owned, multi-disciplinary architecture and engineering firm based in South Tampa with a strong book of government and institutional work across the state of Florida. Long & Associates Architects/Engineers, Inc. offers a hands-on, in-house environment where collaboration across architecture, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams is the norm. The Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E.) will lead the design and documentation of electrical systems across a variety of building types, including K-12 schools, higher education campuses, municipal buildings, libraries, and industrial facilities. You will coordinate closely with architectural and mechanical disciplines and serve as both designer and project leader, with full responsibility for signing and sealing your work. This is a succession-focused hire, and we are prioritizing individuals who demonstrate leadership, accountability, and long-term commitment.
