  • Develop and review electrical design inputs, calculations, evaluations, studies, reports, drawings, specifications, and implementation documentation.
  • Support engineering for electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution, motors, transformers, switchgear, protective devices, cable and raceway interfaces, generator-related equipment, and electrical system interfaces, as assigned.
  • Perform or support electrical capacity, loading, ratings, coordination, short-circuit, voltage-drop, protection, or related evaluations as required by project scope.
  • Prepare and review Engineering Change packages and related conceptual, detailed, and implementation-phase deliverables.
  • Evaluate electrical system performance, equipment impacts, operating conditions, design requirements, and interfaces associated with plant modifications and power uprate activities.
  • Review vendor drawings, calculations, specifications, equipment data, wiring information, and other technical submittals; identify missing information and follow up on required vendor inputs.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, technical focus meetings, design reviews, milestone reviews, field walkdowns, constructability reviews, comment-resolution meetings, and client coordination meetings.
  • Coordinate electrical interfaces with mechanical, I&C, structural, civil, fire protection, licensing, procurement, construction, operations, and other disciplines.
  • Support installation, testing, startup, outage, and implementation activities, including development or review of implementation and testing documentation.
