As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, analysis, and delivery of electrical systems on medium to large-scale projects. You will collaborate closely with architects, mechanical engineers, structural teams, and project managers to ensure technical excellence from concept through construction. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 9+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the AEC industry
- Experience leading electrical engineering work on complex projects

Responsibilities
- Lead Electrical System Design
- Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and life safety systems
- Prepare engineering calculations, specifications, and construction documents
- Ensure electrical designs comply with industry codes and standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Guide Project Execution
- Lead the electrical engineering scope on medium to large projects
- Support project planning, scheduling, and technical delivery
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects remain on track
- Serve as Project Manager on select assignments
- Maintain Technical Excellence
- Conduct quality reviews and ensure adherence to QA/QC best practices
- Deliver designs that are accurate, compliant, and constructible
- Contribute to technical standards and engineering best practices
- Mentor & Collaborate
- Mentor junior engineers and EITs
- Participate in client meetings and design discussions
- Provide technical input for proposals and project pursuits
