Sr. Electrical Engineer

CEG SolutionsArlington, TX
$145,000 - $175,000Hybrid

About The Position

CEG Solutions is hiring a Senior Electrical Energy Engineer to lead the electrical design of consulting and design-build projects for the built environment. This role shapes how CEG delivers large-scale, life-cycle-cost-focused transformations that create energy sustainability, efficiency, and resilience — from renewable energy generation and battery energy storage to microgrids and central plant renovations. The engineer will be a technical anchor on a multidisciplinary team, developing solutions customized to each client’s needs and carrying them through the concept, design and construction delivery stages. Projects involve revamping cooling, heating, and power infrastructure for hospitals, data centers, and other mission-critical facilities where reliability and performance genuinely matter. This is an opportunity for a driven, technically skilled engineer with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for sustainable energy to make a meaningful impact on energy innovation across the United States.
