Provide EHS support and administrative assistance to an operational unit or function to help deliver the company’s EHS policy, strategy, and plans. The role supports implementation and understanding of EHS standards and processes, helps frontline teams identify and manage risks, and works with operations to use tools such as risk assessments and critical control verification effectively. It also supports incident investigations, corrective actions, training, EHS committees, and—where required—workers’ compensation, injury management, and return-to-work processes. The position contributes to safety talks, inspections, continuous improvement, and quality initiatives, while supporting inclusive teamwork, employee relations, cost management, and compliance with company policies. Performance is measured through inspections, training delivered and completed, corrective actions, critical-risk incidents, reported incidents and accidents, and lost-time incidents.
