About The Position

Join the OU Health Campus Department of Urology as a Senior Education Program Coordinator, a role designed for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex, high-impact work. This position sits at the center of a fast-moving educational department, supporting faculty leaders and ensuring that programs run seamlessly from concept through completion. Working closely with six faculty members, including those leading student rotation and research initiatives, you will take full ownership of visiting student observerships and OU medical student rotations, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed and nothing falls through the cracks. You will serve as a central point of coordination across faculty, students, and university partners, managing logistics for educational programs including, scheduling, communications, and program materials to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Health, or related field.
1 year of administrative or program coordination experience.
Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of visiting student observerships and OU medical student rotations.
Serve as a central point of coordination across faculty, students, and university partners.
