Requirements

Strong experience creating emotionally resonant content across written and video formats.
Ability to translate expert-driven insights into clear, compelling, and useful content.
Experience working closely with founders, talent, or subject-matter experts.
Demonstrated editorial ownership, including tracking performance and proactively identifying content opportunities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects from idea to execution.
Avid consumer of social content across platforms, with an understanding of what works and how to apply it to strategy.
Deep curiosity about the tween and teen years and a passion for supporting parents through this stage.
Alignment with the Good Inside voice and values: emotionally attuned, nuanced, trustworthy, supportive, and seeing the parent behind the parenting.

Responsibilities

Define what Teen content gets made, for whom, and when, and ensure it is produced to a high standard.
Partner with Dr. Sheryl and Content Leadership to shape the editorial vision and content strategy for tween and teen audiences.
Serve as Dr. Sheryl's primary content partner, translating expertise into compelling content.
Drive content execution across the Good Inside ecosystem (app, social, audio, live events).
Write, edit, and produce tween and teen content for the Good Inside app, including written content, video, and live events.
Oversee the integration of Teen content into the Good Inside product.
Collaborate with the Product team on content needs and timing, bringing a clear editorial perspective.
Develop and produce off-platform content in partnership with the Social team.
Grow reach for Teen content on social media.
Identify opportunities to expand the audience and deepen engagement for Teen content.
Use audience insights, engagement data, and member feedback to continuously improve the Teen offering.
