Our e-commerce platform serves a growing community that values both fashion and function, offering apparel that helps girls and women look, feel, and move their best through every stage of life. We are looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Senior Ecommerce & Marketplace Analyst to help scale our ecommerce operations, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive smarter growth decisions across Shopify, Amazon, and paid marketing channels. This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce, marketplace operations, marketing analytics, and inventory planning. You will analyze performance across our website and Amazon business, build forecasting models, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on ecommerce experience and understands how data translates into business decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace analytics, business intelligence, or related roles
  • Strong experience with Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with GA4 and ecommerce reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in apparel, fashion, activewear, or consumer brands
  • SQL or data visualization experience (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Experience with Amazon PPC analytics
  • Knowledge of inventory forecasting and demand planning
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional ecommerce teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze Shopify and GA4 performance data including: conversion rate, AOV, CAC, customer retention, product performance, funnel behavior
  • Build dashboards and recurring business reports for leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, merchandising, and customer experience
  • Conduct cohort and customer lifetime value analysis
  • Monitor Amazon Seller Central performance including: sales trends, TACOS / ACOS, keyword rankings, inventory health, buy box performance, review trends
  • Analyze marketplace profitability and advertising efficiency
  • Partner with marketplace and advertising teams to improve ranking and revenue growth
  • Support pricing and promotional strategy through data analysis
  • Develop sales forecasting models by SKU, category, and channel
  • Support inventory replenishment and demand planning
  • Analyze seasonality, product trends, and sales velocity
  • Help reduce stockouts and excess inventory risk
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams on planning decisions
  • Create automated dashboards and reporting systems
  • Present insights and recommendations to leadership
  • Translate complex data into clear business actions
  • Support strategic planning with financial and operational analysis
