About The Position

Join EY's Business Performance team, a high-impact group focused on driving intelligent, data-led transformation across global supply chains. This role leverages advanced decision intelligence platforms like Aera for autonomous planning, real-time visibility, and proactive execution. As a Senior E2E Supply Chain Transformation Specialist, you will reimagine planning and execution processes, delivering measurable value through integrated, AI-driven solutions. The opportunity lies at the intersection of supply chain transformation and Decision Intelligence, using Aera to design and deploy autonomous, data-driven solutions. You will collaborate with platforms like SAP and Databricks to integrate data, enable real-time decision-making, and drive end-to-end visibility. The role involves architecting scalable solutions to enhance agility, optimize performance, and deliver business outcomes. You will translate business strategies into supply chain visions, strategies, operating models, and solutions, and transform supply chain operations, processes, and services. Frameworks for managing and measuring supply chain operations based on industry-leading practices will also be established.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
  • Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to make decisions based on broad policies, apply personal knowledge/experience, and guide decisions in resolving issues.
  • Critical thinking, complex problem-solving skills, and digital fluency.
  • Ability to maintain reports for engagement economics and track resource plans and budgets.
  • Proficiency in driving outcomes and hybrid collaboration.
  • Commitment to sustainability and learning agility.
  • Strong command over data wrangling, database management, SQL and debugging.
  • Technical skills in automation opportunity assessment and prioritization.
  • Knowledge of digital strategy and E2E supply chain strategy and operating model.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and organizational and workforce analysis.
  • Expertise in process optimization and supply chain compliance and regulation awareness.
  • Ability to design supply chain performance metrics and realize benefits.
  • Skills in supply chain quality and operations risk management.
  • Insight into supply chain sustainability and the supply chain technology landscape.

Nice To Haves

  • SCRUM Master, PMP, and CSCP certifications are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Commercial astuteness and the ability to communicate with impact.
