About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer for our client, a company working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for business users. The role focuses on technical development, customization and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, especially around Sales, Customer Service and Field Service areas.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development
  • Technical Dynamics 365 CE / CRM development profile, not a functional consultant profile
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
  • Experience with Sales, Customer Service or Field Service modules
  • Availability to work with overlap to Polish client business hours, approximately 15:00 23:00 Manila time during Polish summer time

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform or model-driven applications
  • Experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript or Dynamics plugin development
  • Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications

Responsibilities

  • Developing, customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions
  • Working with Sales, Customer Service and Field Service modules
  • Supporting technical work around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and support implementation decisions
