About The Position

Senior, DT COTS Integration Analyst (internally Senior Analyst, Business System & Transformation) will be an individual contributor that works with organizations to develop, maintain and support business applications through understanding business processes and their implications and applying process improvement concepts for process redesign. Manages external vendors. Aligns services, service levels, technology, vendor/supplier management, and initiatives with business strategies and needs. Acts as business contact and advocates for delivery of high-quality services. Works with Security/Compliance, Infrastructure, Project Management Groups to manage and document portfolio. Responsible for installing, configuring and testing both new applications and legacy systems, which requires understanding of systems integration for applications. Maintains data warehousing.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience in Linux and Windows server management.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Engineering, Operations, and/or Supply Chain organizations, especially in the Aerospace and Defense industry
  • Experience with data storage, NAS, and SAN technologies and solutions
  • Experience supporting engineers in software, simulations, and hardware development.
  • Knowledge of COTS software deployment and integration.
  • Advanced understanding of network security and data protection.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in a mixed Microsoft Windows and Linux environment, focusing on Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain COTS Software.
  • Review and vet software to ensure compliance with Raytheon's cybersecurity standards and legal policies, coordinating with cybersecurity teams for audits.
  • Manage software purchases, licensing, software renewals, and handle vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements. Ensure the protection and confidentiality of proprietary Raytheon information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of deployed software and the environment. Monitor software performance and usage, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
  • Execute software implementation and upgrades, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Ensure systems are operational 24x7, occasionally requiring work beyond standard hours.
