About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Dot Net Full Stack Developer for a long-term, multi-year project in Columbus, OH. This role involves developing and optimizing web applications using the .NET framework and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-stack development, API integration, database management, and code optimization, along with strong leadership qualities for mentoring junior developers and collaborating with project teams.

Requirements

SQL Server skills with the ability to create complex stored procedures, views, functions, tables etc.
Good experience in developing Restful APIs and integrating 3rd party APIs.
Experience in implementation of design patterns, code optimization and performance tuning.
Good knowledge on code repositories like GitHub, TFS etc.
Hands on experience in Web application (full stack) development using .NET framework & .NET (Core), MVC.
Strong React experience.
Strong hands on using one of the front-end UI frameworks Vue.js, Angular or React and complimentary technologies i.e.., JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
Good unit testing skills to ensure responsiveness and efficiency with knowledge of tools like NUnit, XUnit, MSTest etc.
A good team player, collaborate with project managers, tech leads and support offshore-onsite coordination.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction or as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to work on highly complex projects within tight timelines.
The ability to clearly communicate complex technical specifications, and a motivation to achieve best-in-class results.
Experience 10+ years.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an associated field.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of App services and Azure functions.
Good knowledge of integrating code into CI/CD pipelines.
Financial industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using .NET framework & .NET (Core), MVC.
Develop Restful APIs and integrate 3rd party APIs.
Implement design patterns, optimize code, and tune performance.
Utilize code repositories like GitHub, TFS.
Develop front-end UI using React, Vue.js, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Integrate code into CI/CD pipelines.
Write unit tests using NUnit, XUnit, MSTest, etc.
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Fix QA-raised defects.
Collaborate with project managers, tech leads, and support offshore-onsite coordination.
Support deployment stages and collaborate with relevant teams during deployment.
Write technical documentation and presentations.
Work independently or as part of a team on complex projects with tight timelines.
Clearly communicate complex technical specifications.
Achieve best-in-class results.
