About The Position

Arcetyp LLC is seeking a Senior DoD Financial Analyst / Program Financial Manager to provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support. This role involves developing spend plans, tracking obligations and disbursements, reconciling program funding, producing financial reports for leadership, and supporting acquisition documentation. The position is for a W2 employee hire and is located in Fort Detrick, MD, with potential for telework. Arcetyp LLC is a growing small business serving US Federal Government, US Military, and Commercial clients.

Requirements

• DoD PPBE.
• RDT&E, Procurement, O&M appropriations.
• Budget execution.
• Financial reporting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel.
• ACEIT proficiency.
• Ability to develop financial schedules and support lifecycle cost estimates.
• Experience with DoD financial/budget processes.
• U.S Citizenship.

Nice To Haves

• Current WRPBH financial incumbent.
• MDAPT/PTS/CBE/PCAN/CCaR/PIEE.
• DHA medical acquisition financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior PPBE, programming, budgeting, and execution support.
• Develop spend plans and POM/SPAR inputs.
• Track obligations/disbursements and reconcile program funding.
• Produce leadership financial reports.
• Support LCCE/LCSP/IGCE and acquisition documentation.
