The Senior Document Production Associate position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. This role involves performing document production work according to established policies and procedures, assessing job requests, and ensuring appropriate completion throughout the task lifecycle. The associate will exercise independent judgment and use established procedures, standards, and formats to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or otherwise complete document production requests to client satisfaction. They will demonstrate intermediate to advanced use of equipment, technology, software, and hardware, and assist with the coordination of document production services, preparation, intake, and workflow within the team. This role also includes troubleshooting complex software or hardware problems, utilizing appropriate logs and tracking software, meeting contracted deadlines, and communicating with peers, supervisors, or clients on job or deadline issues. The Senior Document Production Associate will help foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client, handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information, perform Quality Assurance on the work of others, and train more junior staff members. They will also assist peer teams with proofreading, design, or other document production and preparation as needed, complete other tasks and assignments as assigned by management, and interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically. Adherence to Williams Lea policies and client site policies is required, as is the cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies.
