E Ink is seeking an experienced and highly innovative scientist to develop next-generation driving technologies for E Ink's cutting-edge electrophoretic products. In this role, you will invent and optimize novel driving algorithms that improve key product characteristics, including optical performance, switching speed, power consumption, and reliability. You will combine a deep understanding of physics with experimental design, data analysis, and software development to solve complex technical challenges and enable next-generation products. You will work closely with material scientists, display engineers, electrical engineers, optical engineers, and product teams to transform scientific understanding into practical driving algorithms and production-ready solutions.
