The Senior Director serves as a pivotal leadership role, dedicated to expanding the Jewish Board’s continuum of care within the Community Behavioral Health programs. By championing evidence-based practices and service excellence, the Senior Director drives innovative approaches to behavioral health and ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Director, a key member of the Community Behavioral Health leadership team, oversees all clinical and operational activities for the Jewish Board’s SUD program, including direct clinical supervision of the team. The Senior Director is responsible for expanding the program’s footprint and increasing client visits, implementing policies, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring quality care. The Senior Director also maintains relationships with regulatory bodies and community partners and supports new agency initiatives and continuous quality improvement.
