The VisaNet Market Enablement leader will work across regional product and technology teams to prioritize and deliver domestic processing capabilities. As a key member of the broader processing team, this role will contribute market insights to inform strategy and execution. Specific Responsibilities: Define the strategy, prioritize work, and shape the project portfolio to deliver on strategic objectives Manage and guide a diverse team that is driving the implementation of regional and global platform customization needs Assess specific country requirements to determine best approach for domestic processing to comply with regulatory requirements while also optimizing the long term approach for the ecosystem, client and Visa. Consult with the broader Product organization to identify platform enhancements and system impacts required to achieve desired outcomes Drive strategy and execution of processing performance programs that define payment & processing use cases, ensuring client compliance and positive outcomes across key verticals for sellers, consumers and clients (MIT, MRA, EDQP, PIF) Lead product managers designing platform or product customizations required for country implementations, ranging from messaging customizations to processing localization Deliver the enhancements to clearing, settlement, and treasury functionality to support domestic processing needs Partner with VisaNet and Open VisaNet teams to ensure alignment and delivery of a cohesive implementation roadmap Represent Visa in discussions with regulators, government officials, and industry forums, advocating for Visa’s strategic priorities and influencing policy Ensure compliance with Visa policies, procedures, as well as relevant domestic and international regulations Working with regional product teams to deliver the roadmap on time and ensure markets and clients are ready for release Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow and maintain quality standards. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
