Requirements

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
  • 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an Advanced degree; 12+ years preferred.
  • Background in management consulting, digital strategy, or technology-enabled transformation roles.
  • Understanding of data-driven solutions and digital analytics, with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction and execution.
  • Experience working across digital transformation programs, and technology architecture discussions.
  • Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Technology-forward, commercially minded leader with a pragmatic approach to AI adoption and value realization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Consulting Practice across LAC, owning the end-to-end delivery of client engagements—from design and digital strategy through AI adoption, tech architecture, and solution implementation.
  • Act as the senior engagement leader for bespoke, high-impact AI-enabled client programs, translating business problems into executable digital and AI-driven outcomes.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM), client adoption, and scaling of already-built AI solutions in partnership with AI LAC Office, VCA leads in markets, Product, Sales, and other practice areas.
  • Ensure digital and AI capabilities are embedded into clients’ operating models.
  • Lead digital transformation engagements across acquisition, engagement, retention, and portfolio growth, leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Partner across VCA, VAS, and other Visa teams in region and in markets to deliver integrated and commercially impactful solutions.
  • Build repeatable engagement models, frameworks, and playbooks that enable consistent, scalable delivery across the Digital Practice.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing, multidisciplinary consulting team across the region.
