About The Position

As a Senior Director / Vice President of HCP and Payer Marketing, you will shape the overall marketing strategy for near-term launch products and build a best in class marketing organization to execute that vision. You and your team will define the brand strategy and create the narrative and materials that drive behavior change and prescriptions for Click’s PDTs. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will oversee all aspects of the marketing function, including long-term brand strategy, market shaping, promotional messaging, tactical planning, digital marketing/omnichannel engagement, etc. Click Therapeutics is looking for someone with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing and launch excellence that can develop the Click playbook for Prescription Digital Therapeutic (PDT) launches across multiple therapeutic areas. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are success-oriented and have a strong record of launching regulated products and building teams, you may be the right candidate. This is an agile position within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. The role will be based in our NYC office, includes great benefits, and is an excellent wealth-building/equity opportunity for the right individual. This position can be based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities or at our industrious office in Boston, MA. We have a hybrid working model that consists of at least 4 days in office each week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors, with a proven track record across Market Access, HCP Marketing, and Sales
  • Demonstrated success leading multiple brand launches, overseeing the journey from pre-approval market shaping to post-launch pull-through
  • Extensive experience in developing comprehensive brand strategies, encompassing Market Access, HCP professional promotion, patient engagement, and market-shaping initiatives (DSA/DSE)
  • Strategic capabilities with the ability to conceive, develop and implement multi-dimensional marketing and business plans
  • Deep understanding of the US payer landscape, with a preferred focus on Medicaid, state government accounts, and public affairs policy to navigate evolving legislative environments
  • Sophisticated understanding of cross-functional ecosystems, including Sales, Marketing Analytics, Payer Account Management, and Sales Training
  • A seasoned leader with a track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in high-growth environments
  • Expert-level oversight of multi-million dollar budgets and external vendor relationships, including AORs and promotional partners
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the "emotional intelligence" required to drive consensus across diverse cultures and complex matrixed disciplines

Nice To Haves

  • MBA, PharmD, or MPH preferred to navigate the complex intersection of business and clinical strategy
  • Knowledge of or experience with Digital Therapeutics and/or Prescription Digital Therapeutics is considered a plus
  • Experience in other commercial functions (Field Sales, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence)

Responsibilities

  • Ownership of a best-in class marketing campaigns, including development of each product’s brand positioning, creation of brand value propositions, and promotional messaging in order to create and drive effective brand strategies
  • Utilizing data and being strategic in developing the brand by conducting segmentation, unmet needs analysis, competitive landscape and business intelligence for HCPs and payers; leverage clinical and economic data to produce high impact collateral for payer and HCP campaigns
  • Develop omnichannel, growth and DTC campaigns for consumer focused marketing strategies
  • Execute the branded and unbranded campaigns to prime the market for a new treatment modality, leveraging developed segments for each audience
  • Oversee the development of all promotional materials (visual aids, brochures, website, etc.), approval process, and dissemination of approved materials, via agencies or otherwise
  • Oversee the development of the Payer Value Dossier, translating clinical trial outcomes and value propositions into compelling economic arguments for Market Access teams to utilize in securing adoption of national or payer coverage
  • Direct the strategy for patient assistance programs (PAPs), copay support, and navigation services to minimize abandonment at the pharmacy counter.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs on communications strategy and KOL engagement
  • Manage the brand presence at key congresses
  • Support the field team by developing the curriculum and training modules for all field teams (Sales, Access, and MSLs)
  • Support the planning for future indications, international expansions, and other types of partnerships
