About The Position

RevHealth is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Leader to help evolve the agency from AI experimentation into a scalable, measurable AI-enabled operating model. Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, this role will drive workflow transformation, operational enablement, AI adoption, and value measurement across the organization. This leader will partner across Account, Project Management, Medical, Strategy, Creative, Editorial, Analytics, Growth, Finance, and Technology teams to identify high-impact opportunities, redesign workflows, scale AI-enabled solutions, and establish clear business outcomes tied to efficiency, quality, margin, and client value.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, agency operations, consulting, digital transformation, product management, or related fields
  • Proven experience leading AI, automation, operational transformation, or workflow modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of agency and client-services operations
  • Demonstrated ability to move initiatives from concept through implementation and scale
  • Experience building measurement frameworks, operational dashboards, and ROI reporting
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence across creative, medical, analytics, operations, technology, and executive teams
  • Experience driving the adoption of new tools, workflows, or operating models
  • Comfortable operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage RevHealth’s AI transformation roadmap and operating priorities
  • Identify high-value AI opportunities across agency workflows and operations
  • Map and redesign workflows to reduce friction, improve throughput, and create measurable efficiencies
  • Lead pilots, evaluations, and implementation of AI-enabled tools and workflows
  • Establish success metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and ROI reporting tied to AI initiatives
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to quantify business impact, capacity creation, and margin improvement
  • Drive organization-wide adoption through training, enablement, and change management programs
  • Develop governance standards and responsible AI practices in partnership with Legal, Compliance, IT, and leadership teams
  • Convert successful internal AI capabilities into scalable client-facing offerings
  • Lead quarterly AI operating reviews with executive leadership and maintain accountability against OKRs and business outcomes
