The Global Senior Director, Total Rewards is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the company’s global total rewards strategy. This role oversees compensation, benefits, payroll, recognition, and related rewards programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy and culture. The Global Senior Director, Total Rewards partners closely with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, and regional People leaders to deliver high-impact programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the enterprise.
