About The Position

The Senior Director, Team Operations plays a key role in designing how Famehouse operates and scales across teams, systems, and workflows. This role partners closely with department leaders to architect cross-functional operating models, improve organizational alignment, and ensure business processes are supported by scalable systems, tools, and automation. Reporting into the VP of Team Operations, the Senior Director focuses on translating strategic priorities into operational architecture. This role is hands-on, leading complex initiatives that span process design, organizational structure, workflow optimization, and technology enablement. Success in this role requires the ability to facilitate effectively with senior stakeholders while also driving the implementation of systems, tooling, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that improve how work gets done.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, business systems, enterprise transformation, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives and driving operational change across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong expertise in process design, systems thinking, operating model development, and translating business requirements into scalable systems and workflows.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or optimizing business systems, workflow automation, and operational tooling.
  • Experience evaluating and leveraging AI-enabled solutions to improve workflows, efficiency, decision-making, or operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in entertainment, music, fashion, retail, or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to design, document, and improve core business processes.
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop scalable process frameworks, governance models, and documentation that promote clarity, accountability, and consistency.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders to establish clear ownership, decision rights, and operating models for critical business workflows.
  • Evaluate how teams use operational tools, systems, and workflows to support execution across the business.
  • Translate business process requirements into scalable system designs, workflow configurations, automations, and tooling strategies.
  • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to improve adoption, optimize workflows, and reduce operational friction.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and team effectiveness.
  • Create playbooks and best practices that support consistent and scalable tool usage.
  • Partner with department leaders to assess team responsibilities, workflows, and cross-functional touchpoints.
  • Recommend adjustments that improve efficiency, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Support implementation planning, communications, and follow-up related to organizational changes.
  • Implement lightweight frameworks to support continuous improvement across teams.
  • Use data, feedback, and observation to identify operational challenges and drive solutions.
  • Track and share key operational indicators related to efficiency, alignment, execution, and workflow effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the impact of process, tooling, and automation improvements to ensure changes deliver measurable business value.
  • Provide guidance and enablement that helps teams successfully adopt new workflows, systems, and technologies.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure changes are clearly communicated and effectively adopted.
  • Act as a facilitator between teams to drive alignment during periods of change.
