About The Position

Build the Team. Shape the Talent Strategy. Make Things Happen. We’re looking for a Senior Director, Talent & Team Member Experience who brings energy, influence, and a strong bias for action. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply manage established HR processes. We’re looking for a leader who sees what is possible, builds relationships quickly, brings people along, and has the drive and autonomy to turn ideas into results. You’ll lead an integrated talent organization spanning Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Team Member Relations, while helping shape how we identify, attract, develop, engage, and retain talent across Cabinetworks Group. You’ll have the opportunity to build strategy—but you’ll also be expected to roll up your sleeves and make it happen.
