About The Position

StarRez is growing rapidly, and our People & Culture team is looking for a talented Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition to join our team. As the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing the global talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent across all of our international operations. You will lead the StarRez global recruiting team and our hiring plans as we continue to grow, helping us continue to find top talent StarRezians swiftly to deliver on our strategy and goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience, with 3+ in a leadership role
  • Proven experience and track record in global recruitment and managing international teams
  • Data-driven approach to driving hiring strategy and execution.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • AI-forward approach to building measurable efficiency into talent acquisition workflows
  • Desire to build infrastructure and scale with a growth and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
  • Building reporting dashboards that integrate with Domo or other Business Intelligence tools

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an effective talent acquisition strategy aligned to the company’s global business objectives and a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine recruitment process and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand business needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans.
  • Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Build the company’s employer brand to share the StarRez value proposition for candidates and attract top talent globally.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
