BHG is seeking a Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Market Development to drive enterprise growth through the development of strategic referral partnerships and market expansion initiatives. This leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding high-value referral relationships with health systems, hospitals, emergency departments, behavioral health providers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), criminal justice organizations, correctional systems, government agencies, managed care organizations, employers, and other strategic referral sources. The role is focused on creating sustainable referral channels capable of generating significant patient volume and long-term growth. This individual will serve as one of BHG’s primary ambassadors to the external healthcare ecosystem and will work closely with Operations, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to expand patient access and drive admissions growth. This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that requires executive presence, business development expertise, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals suffering from opioid and substance use disorders.
