Senior Director, Solution Architecture & Product Definition
About The Position
The Power Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a highly experienced technical leader to define and drive our next-generation solution strategy across AI infrastructure, automotive, and industrial applications. This role serves as the organization's senior solution architect and technical strategist, operating across all PSG divisions and in close partnership with AMG (Analog and Mixed Signal Group), customers, and executive leadership. The successful candidate will establish a unified technology vision, engage directly with customer power architects, and help translate emerging system architectures into product, technology, and roadmap requirements. This individual will operate at a senior level, helping PSG evolve from a component-centric organization to a solution-focused business capable of delivering integrated power solutions that capture greater customer value and accelerate growth.
