Nexxen is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to join their growing commercial organization. This role will be based in Chicago and will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for key holding companies in Chicago, as well as the larger territory of Minneapolis and Wisconsin. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this leadership position will focus on driving regional revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and coaching a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a proven revenue and people leader with extensive knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (Managed Service, PMPs, Hybrid, CTV, OLV, and Display) and strong relationships with agencies and brands. This role is critical in shaping market strategy, increasing market share, strengthening executive partnerships, and cultivating a collaborative, high-performance culture. The position requires strong executive presence, strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a passion for team building, problem-solving, and delivering results, all within a fun and supportive team environment.
