  • A strong coaching philosophy with a track record of developing both individual contributors and first-line managers.
  • Excellent pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and operational rigor.
  • A collaborative, one-team approach to selling and leading.

  • Lead and develop a Manager who runs a team of Mid-Market Enterprise reps, coaching them on management fundamentals, team development, and regional execution.
  • Own overall revenue targets across your layered organization, holding both your direct reps and your manager’s team accountable to quarterly and annual goals.
  • Build a high-performance culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across all levels of the team.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire top enterprise sales talent and develop internal successors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Executive leadership to enable your teams and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Engage directly in strategic deals alongside your reps, bringing executive presence and deal-closing expertise to the most critical opportunities.
