The Sr. Director, Revenue Analytics will lead the centralized analytics and data governance function within Revenue Operations, with accountability for how revenue and customer data is governed, integrated, and translated into decisions across CCC’s commercial organization. This role owns the analytics foundation that enables consistent performance visibility, stronger forecast accuracy, better productivity insights, and more effective decision-making across markets. This leader will set analytics strategy, data governance standards, and team operating rhythms while building a high-performing organization across data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Systems, Finance, Strategy, and Enterprise Technology, as well as the ability to support core management rhythms including QBRs, operating reviews, annual planning, and executive reporting. This is a build role focused on establishing a new function during a period of organizational transformation. The person in this role will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial understanding, and collaborative leadership, along with the ability to create clarity, build trust, and drive progress in a changing environment while balancing near-term impact with long-term scale.
