About The Position

Qsight, a Guidepoint division, is a leading provider of market intelligence for the global medical aesthetics and medical technology industries. We are expanding into an adjacent and fast-growing area: medically supervised wellness and longevity. This market is evolving quickly but is still loosely defined. We are looking for an experienced industry leader to help us shape how this space is understood and ensure our data, insights, and products are relevant to the needs of the market. This role will serve as both an external voice and an internal guide for Qsight’s Professional Wellness efforts. This position can be remote. The ideal candidate will be able to work EST time zone.

Requirements

  • Experience in medically supervised wellness, longevity, or a closely related healthcare field
  • Strong understanding of the current landscape and emerging trends
  • Baseline medical or science-based understanding of the space, with the ability to speak credibly about clinical and scientific concepts as they relate to the commercial side of the industry
  • Ability to think strategically about where the industry is heading and how data can play a long-term role in shaping it
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using them to enhance research, analysis, and content development
  • Credibility within the industry and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Experience engaging externally through speaking, writing, events, or client interactions
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured insights
  • Interest in building something new and operating in an evolving space
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams

Responsibilities

  • Shape the category: Help define how Qsight approaches medically supervised wellness and longevity, Identify key segments, stakeholders, and trends across the ecosystem, Bring structure and clarity to a fragmented and evolving market
  • Act as a thought partner to the industry: Engage with clients, partners, and industry participants as a subject matter expert, Lead webinars, contribute to content, and represent Qsight in industry discussions, Attend industry events, build relationships across the ecosystem, and serve as an ambassador for Qsight, Develop and maintain a strong network of operators, clinicians, and opinion leaders
  • Apply strategic thinking to data: Go beyond analysis to interpret how the market is evolving and where it is heading, Help ensure Qsight’s data and insights align with future industry needs, not just current trends, Contribute to embedding data and analytics more deeply into how the industry operates over time
  • Turn data into insight: Work with internal teams to translate data into clear, useful perspectives, Help develop content that explains what is happening in the market and why it matters
  • Support product development: Partner with product and research teams to inform new offerings, Identify data gaps and opportunities for new research initiatives
  • Contribute to growth: Support commercial efforts by clearly articulating Qsight’s value to clients and prospects, Help identify opportunities across investors, operators, and other stakeholders
