About The Position

AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Development to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care by providing strategic leadership for member engagement through developing and leading the Association’s educational programming and the production of assigned conferences.

Requirements

• BA required, advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in association management, professional development and education.

Responsibilities

• Production of state-based annual conference.
• Lead Association’s professional development, education activities and related programming.
• Supervise small team focused on educational programming, both in-person and online.
• Other duties as assigned.
