About The Position

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Director, Product Sales to lead strategic growth for Research and Analytics within the Academic & Government segment. In this high-impact leadership role, you will shape how our product sales strategy comes to life across key markets, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive operational excellence. This is an opportunity to influence long-term business direction, build high-performing teams, and play a meaningful role in advancing solutions that support research, innovation, and mission-critical decision-making across academic and government institutions. This role partners closely with senior leadership, department leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align strategic priorities, improve operational execution, and support long-term business growth. The leader in this role will help connect company strategy to team-level execution while driving accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of relevant experience leading strategic initiatives, operations, or business transformation across multiple functions
Experience partnering with senior leadership to align departmental goals with broader business strategy
Demonstrated experience leading teams across one or more functional areas and translating company strategy into actionable objectives
Experience using performance metrics, operational data, and business insights to identify opportunities and implement solutions
