The Retail Bank Product Operations has set four key objectives for 2025: aligning resources and capacity with top priorities, improving the cross-functional operating model, fueling product excellence with scalable tools and standards, and elevating bank product managers through sustainable programs. This role requires proficiency in five key areas of Product Management: Human Centered (obsessing about customer needs), Business Focused (delivering game-changing outcomes), Technology Driven (leveraging technology for innovative solutions), Integrated Problem Solving (identifying and resolving complex problems), and Transformational Leadership (leading cross-functional teams). The Senior Director will be accountable for defining and installing product standards and practices to enhance the product community as the business and customer landscape evolves. This leader will collaborate with passionate leaders to create a playbook for product teams to efficiently deliver Customer and Business value, and will lead the strategy for enabling and cultivating future bank product leaders while influencing enterprise-wide programming for Retail Bank Product.
