A Day in the Life of the Senior Manager, Offer Managment: The Senior Manager of Offer Management for the Wholesale & Agent Pricing Team is responsible for developing and executing efficient, accurate, and automated pricing strategies. This role focuses on optimizing pricing processes, ensuring rapid response times, and leveraging technology to drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead a team of pricing professionals, enforce pricing integrity, and enhance system-driven decision-making to support the wholesale and agent sales channels.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in pricing, offer management, or revenue operations, preferably in telecom, technology, or wholesale markets.
  • Strong experience (5+ years) in pricing automation tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and implement automation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement streamlined pricing workflows to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Oversee the automation of pricing models and approval processes to reduce manual effort and errors.
  • Ensure pricing execution aligns with business objectives while maintaining consistency and compliance.
  • Leverage advanced pricing tools, AI-driven analytics, and CRM platforms to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to implement automation solutions that optimize pricing operations.
  • Continuously evaluate and upgrade pricing systems for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Maintain pricing integrity by enforcing rigorous data validation and quality control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor real-time pricing data to detect and correct discrepancies proactively.
  • Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of efficiency and precision.
  • Set clear performance metrics and drive accountability within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and business needs.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure pricing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular audits and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices to enhance speed, automation, and reliability in offer management.
