About The Position

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As Manager, Offer Strategy, you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's goal to achieve profitable growth. On the Global Pricing & Inventory team reporting to the Director of Offer Strategy, you will work on projects including enterprise offers management globally, offers testing, governance, compliance and more. What you'll do during a typical day: Be a point of contact for offer-related questions, needs, consulting, maintenance, etc. from partners and cross-functional teams Collaborate with partners to identify, conceptualize, prioritize, and action offer strategy, pricing, merchandising and distribution issues and opportunities and evaluate viability of long-term inventory and pricing capabilities Supervise performance and efficiency of current initiatives and tests, and prepare analyses, readouts, and tools to provide highlights to guide communication during periodic cross-functional reviews How you'll collaborate with others: Work with team members and partners to define indicators and measurement plans for new offers. Provide direction for project and change management activities to ensure seamless execution and adoption of offer constructs. Deliverables you'll take ownership of: Develop execution plans to bring enterprise offer constructs to life with focus on commercial performance, metric development, testing, and optimization. Outline needs and partner with teams to develop and implement pricing strategies for enterprise offer constructs. Support execution of the global Commercial plan and contribute to broader commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of professional experience
  • Three (3) years of experience in Analytics, Commercial Services, Pricing, or Revenue Management
  • Travel up to 10%

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree
  • Two (2) years of Hilton Revenue Management experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in connectivity/distribution

Responsibilities
