As a member of our Lifecycle & Loyalty Growth team, the Lifecycle Marketing Offer Strategist will play a key role in developing and managing our digital offers to drive guest frequency and retention. The Strategist is responsible for ensuring our offer roadmap milestones are met, including discount optimization, offer ideation, testing, and execution across our owned and paid channels. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable skills in offer management and campaign execution at a high growth company. This is a highly collaborative role working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, brand and ops teams, and will play an instrumental part in creating a best-in-class offer management strategy.
