This is the most externally facing and commercially driven leadership role on the Lifecycle Marketing team. You are not just managing a channel; you are building and scaling the acquisition and conversion engine that turns prospects into loyal Pura owners. A critical focus of this role is owning the retail to Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) conversion path, which includes building the strategy to migrate customers who purchase retail into our DTC subscription ecosystem. You are not inheriting a playbook, you are building one to capture “anonymous” retail buyers and turn them into high-value, long-term subscribers. As a Senior Strategist, you will be accountable for critical business outcomes, not just activity metrics, and will present strategy and performance directly to senior leadership. You must be a self-starter who thrives with autonomy, moves fast with imperfect information, and brings a growth marketing mindset to everything you do.
