The Retail Bank Product Operations has set four key objectives for 2025: aligning resources and capacity with top priorities, improving the cross-functional operating model, fueling product excellence with scalable tools and standards, and elevating bank product managers through sustainable programs. In this role, the Senior Director will be responsible for defining and implementing product standards and practices to enhance the product community as the business and customer landscape evolves. They will collaborate with leaders across functional areas to develop a playbook for product teams to efficiently deliver Customer and Business value. This leader will strategically define the approach for enabling and cultivating future bank product leaders, while also influencing enterprise-wide programming on behalf of Retail Bank Product.

Requirements

  • At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive change
  • Have a deep understanding of the product ecosystem, strong technical acumen, and strong experience around the product development lifecycle
  • Ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
  • Display a passion for coaching and leading through others
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

  • Define and install the product standards and practices that will make the product community great as the business and customer landscape continues to evolve
