About The Position

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking an accomplished and visionary Senior Director, Physician Services to join a respected healthcare organization in Las Cruces, New Mexico. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing physician practice operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering operational excellence across multiple clinical practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing performance, supporting providers, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences while aligning physician services with the organization's long-term goals. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced healthcare leader to influence the future of physician practice management while working alongside executive leadership and clinical teams. Offering a competitive salary of $130,000 – $170,000 annually, this position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about improving healthcare delivery through strong leadership, operational strategy, and collaborative management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and graduation from an accredited program in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience managing physician practices within a healthcare environment.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple physician practices, clinics, or ambulatory care operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and physician practice management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to reside in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area or relocate within 45 days.
• Ability to relocate and begin employment within 30 days.
• Ability to travel occasionally within the service area to outreach locations (generally less than 50 miles).

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-site physician practice operations.
• Demonstrated success implementing operational improvements and physician engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Experience leading organizational change and driving continuous process improvement.
