About The Position

Five9 is seeking a Senior Director of Partner Marketing to lead its global partner marketing team. This role serves as the marketing counterpart to the Partner organization, reporting to the Vice President of Revenue Marketing. The leader will be responsible for designing and executing the marketing strategy for Partner Fusion, Five9’s program encompassing Channel Partners (system integrators and resellers), Technology Partners (ISVs), and Strategic Partners (global technology and cloud platforms). The role owns the entire lifecycle of partner marketing: marketing to partners for recruitment and enablement, through partners to generate demand in their networks, and with partners to scale joint solutions. Partner marketing is integrated into Five9’s demand engine, aligning with audience strategy, campaign calendars, and pipeline goals. The ideal candidate is a builder and operator with extensive experience collaborating with channel, alliance, and field teams, adept at both strategic co-marketing plans with hyperscalers and tactical demand calendars for regional resellers. This leader will partner with senior leadership in Global Partners & Alliances, Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline and ARR through the partner ecosystem. A key aspect of this role involves shaping the future of Partner Fusion, including partner segmentation, marketing playbooks, co-investment models, and measurement frameworks to ensure incremental growth.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Significant experience leading partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple partner types: channel (SIs and resellers), technology partners (ISVs), and strategic alliances or hyperscalers (breadth across all three highly recommended).
  • Proven track record building and running co-marketing programs that produced measurable sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions, including partner enablement and demand creation through a channel.
  • Experience governing MDF and co-investment, with discipline to tie partner spend to outcomes.
  • Working familiarity with demand generation and ABM, and a track record of integrating partner programs into a broader demand motion.
  • Comfort with modern marketing stack: CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo or similar), and reporting for partner pipeline measurement.
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and a clear point of view on their application to partner and demand marketing.
  • Experience working directly with senior partner, alliance, and field leaders.
  • Credibility to represent Five9 in joint planning with a strategic partner’s marketing organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
