Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Director, Package & Channel Strategy to provide thought leadership to sales and marketing organizations, shaping long-range package, portfolio, and channel plans. This role is anchored in developing the OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Pack, Price, Channel) framework for system evolution and adoption. The position is responsible for developing package strategy in collaboration with Revenue Growth Management and Insights departments to optimize category revenue, profitability, and long-term growth. Additionally, the role will lead multi-year planning for the sales organization and partner with cross-functional leaders for growth enablement. The Senior Director will oversee Channel Director(s) and ensure the strategic plan is implemented effectively in commercial planning and at the field level.
