About The Position

Reporting directly to the President of Operations, the Senior Director of Operations is instrumental in the implementation of the hospital mission and community goals. Works closely with executive leadership as a team player. Oversees the overall management of multiple hospital departments. Champions a culture of performance in regard to quality, patient satisfaction and patient access.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
• Five years management experience in healthcare or related field
