About The Position
Provides administrative leadership to ensure strategic alignment with the mission, values and objectives of the practice and ambulatory operations and the Healthcare System.
Requirements
- Seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership experience required.
- Bachelors (Required)
- In a job related field

- Master’s is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of budgets and reviews financial results with physicians on a monthly basis.
- Monitors practice performance and provides support to practice and operations directors to ensure performance standards are achieved.
- Collaborate with Physicians in monitoring efficient practice operations and ensures operations are standard.
- Provides assistance to practice and operations directors on compliance and governmental regulations.
