Senior Director of System Medical Staff Services
About The Position
Serve as the national subject matter expert directing quality improvement and standardizing bylaws, processes, and communications across non-clinical medical staff offices. Act as the primary liaison between clinical users, market leaders, and tech developers/vendors to translate needs, streamline workflow efficiency, and optimize patient care. Leverage technology to develop centralized tracking systems and nationalized rosters for both employed and independent physicians across all facilities. Identify and resolve operational issues across sites to boost physician system utilization and drive patient satisfaction. Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure standardization, seamless communication, and the sharing of best practices nationwide.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Medical Staff Service Leadership
Nice To Haves
- MD Staff Certified strongly preferred.
