We are looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Growth who can help shape our vision and support our mission. This role involves leading enterprise strategy development with the executive leadership team, defining strategic objectives, and establishing diversification strategy. The position partners with executive leadership to identify and prioritize growth opportunities and strategic partnerships that advance the Company’s mission, resilience objectives, and diversification goals. It also manages the development, evaluation, and negotiation of growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to ensure strategic alignment, operational feasibility, financial value, and meaningful health and community impact. The role develops and secures external funding opportunities to advance strategic priorities and owns corporate strategy rhythms, including governance, engagement, and refresh cycles for objectives and key results (OKRs). Collaboration with leadership is key to align strategy across internal teams by clarifying ownership, establishing start/stop boundaries, and translating strategy into actionable and measurable OKRs. The Senior Director works across the organization to translate strategy into financial and operational insights, including modeling, investment prioritization, scenario planning, and resource tradeoff decisions. Additionally, the role guides ROI and value assessments for acquisitions (technology and business) and workforce investments to support disciplined, data-driven decision-making. The Senior Director also provides strategic direction and oversees the management and maintenance of multiple department deliverables striving for operational excellence (productivity, quality, SLAs, customer experience of services provided, etc.). They build high performing teams with vision, leadership, goals and metrics, and serve as a role model for team members, taking action and inspiring them to embrace and implement culture initiatives. Providing awareness to department leaders and staff on how their work impacts other departments, programs, and the enterprise, encouraging collaboration, and holding team members accountable for outstanding results are also key responsibilities. The role is responsible for all management functions including hiring, training, planning and directing work, coaching and staff development, managing and evaluating performance, recognizing and rewarding employees, corrective action procedures and practices, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Developing and managing multiple department budgets, working closely with Directors across the organization to make tactical and operational decisions that advance company strategies and goals, and collaborating to deliver on company-wide deliverables/requirements are also part of the role. The Senior Director oversees/leads projects and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments and/or cross-functional teams, and oversees the development and implementation of multiple department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company policies, rules, and regulations. Other duties as assigned by the CSTO.
