Half Magic Beauty is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to manage retail distribution globally. This role will support the CEO in strategic business planning and lead launch execution, and then manage the ongoing business, building the team, and growing the opportunity over time. The successful candidate will be a commercial leader and builder who can simultaneously think big and roll up their sleeves in a lean, entrepreneurial start-up environment. They will have a deep understanding of the Ulta playbook and will develop and own meaningful relationships with retail partners and drive strategic programming to achieve business goals, driving both strong sell-in and sell-through, building and managing the field sales function, and lead education in partnership with Marketing. The Senior Director of Sales reports to the CEO and will serve on the brand’s leadership team, making collaborative decisions and sharing in stewardship for the overall brand and team to help build a sustainable, long-term business optimized for economic results and business performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record driving strategic and sustainable retail growth within specialty beauty and driving brand love in stores.
